If there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable during your stay, we want to know about it. Call the Office Patient Experience at (740) 454-5946 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and someone will help you.

Thank you for choosing us to meet your healthcare needs. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible care, and your feedback will help us improve care for all of our patients. That’s why you MAY be asked to share your feedback over the telephone with Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) We’ve asked PRC to talk with the people who receive care from us so we can better understand how to improve the patient experience. PRC will review your feedback with us and help us establish objectives and priorities for improving the quality of care we deliver. Please know that the confidential information you share will remain private and will be combined with other patients’ comments to help us put together a plan to meet our overall goal—to provide you with excellent care. Frequently Asked Questions

    Due to scientific selection methods, not all patients will be contacted. If you are chosen to participate, PRC will contact you over the telephone within a short time following your visit.

    Rest assured that your medical records remain confidential. PRC only receives information about how to contact you and which service areas you accessed. No other personal information is shared; nor is any information related to the outcomes of a visit made known to the research firm.

    Your opinions are important to us. If you can provide us with information on how we can improve our services or which staff member deserves a pat on the back, we would like to know about it. However, you have every right to decline the survey. If you prefer not to be contacted, please inform a staff member as
    soon as possible.

    We try to anticipate the needs of our patients and families, but there are times when you might have concerns or questions about your care. The Office of Patient Experience is available to assist you or your family member in addressing concerns and resolving problems. If you have concerns, questions or suggestions, you can reach our department by calling (740) 454-4000, ask for Patient Experience Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
