Financial assistance is available for eligible patients and families who need support paying for medical services. Our team can help you understand your options and find the program that's right for you.
Apply for financial assistance
You may qualify for free or reduced-cost care based on your family size and income, including households with income below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Getting started is simple. Choose the option that works best for you:
- Submit an application online
- Download, print or email an application
- Visit the Patient Resources Center at the Genesis HealthPlex, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
