Classes & Events

This program is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The Instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises.

Any first-time mom or previous breastfeeding mom will benefit from this class. Fathers or support persons are encouraged to attend. We recommend you attend between your fifth and eighth month of pregnancy.

Bring your infant for a weight check and have the opportunity to ask our lactation consultant questions regarding your infant.

Childbirth Preparation Class presents information to prepare for and enhance your labor experience. Topics include pain management and epidural, induction of labor, C-sections, abnormal signs and symptoms, relaxation and helpful tips for the support person.

3rd Thursday of every month from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
