You can have quick, easy access to portions of your electronic medical record (EMR) through MyChart. It only takes a few minutes to sign up, and it’s easy to do. Anyone can use MyChart, and you don’t need a special access code from your doctor.
Visit with Your Doctor Safely and Easily
MyChart has many features including:
- View test results.
- Send/receive messages & medication requests to doctor’s office.
- View upcoming appointments, tests and procedures.
- eCheck-in – complete appointment paperwork ahead of time online.
- Download & view your medical record.
- Schedule & view your appointments online (video visits where available).
- View & conveniently pay your bill online.
- View & print immunization records.
Your medical records are safe from unauthorized access because MyChart is password-protected and delivered via an encrypted connection.
Sign Up for MyChart Today
- Go to mychart.genesishcs.org.
- Click on “Sign up with a code” using the code from your provider.
- No code? click on “Sign up without a code” and a code will be emailed to you.
