Brooke Smith, D.O., specializes in family medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Smith earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dublin, Ohio and completed a residency in family medicine at OhioHealth O’Bleness Family Medicine Residency in Athens, Ohio.
