She earned her doctor of medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. Dr. Flagler completed her obstetrics gynecology residency at The Ohio State University in Columbus. She is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Flagler enjoys hiking and singing in her free time.

Dr. Rutkowski advanced his orthopedic training with a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at Campbell Clinic Orthopedics in Memphis, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys golf and travel.
