COVID-19 Testing

Option 1:

If a COVID-19 test was ordered for you by a medical professional, please proceed to Genesis FirstCare at the Genesis HealthPlex at 2800 Maple Avenue, Zanesville. This facility is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Once your results are complete, you can view them on MyChart. Log into MyChart, and click on the icon that says, "Test Results." Your COVID-19 test result should be at the top or near the top of the list. Click here for information on how to sign up for MyChart.

Option 2:

Please check with your Genesis Primary Care office. They may offer COVID-19 testing on-site or have home testing kits available.

Option 3:

If you have significant illness and feel that you need evaluated in the Emergency Department, you can be tested at all Genesis ED locations.
