Olusola Olubowale, M.D., joined the Genesis Heart & Vascular Group, specializing in interventional cardiology. Dr. Olubowale completed a cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Marshall University School of Medicine, Huntington, West Virginia, and an internal medicine residency at the Columbia University/Harlem Hospital Center, New York. He earned his doctor of medicine from Olabisi Onabanjo University/Obafemi Awolowo College of Health Sciences and a master of public health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Olubowale is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was the Chief Cardiology Fellow and Cardiology Fellow of the Year (2021) at Marshall University School of Medicine
