Free sports physicals for student athletes

Genesis is offering free sports physicals for student athletes. Take advantage of this opportunity so your student athlete can be prepared to hit the field, court or gym as school athletics ramps up in the summer for the fall season.

Appointments for free sports physicals are available in Muskingum, Coshocton and Perry counties starting in May and ending in early August. Dates and times of appointments vary by location.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all locations. Please remember to bring the signed Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) form to the appointment.
