Donation and sponsorship requests

Donation and sponsorship requests are carefully considered. We strive to serve as many local organizations and events as possible. It is our goal to support those opportunities that serve the most people. We have also implemented a Genesis employee community volunteer program where our employees are encouraged and recognized for serving outside the walls of the healthcare system.

Genesis is committed to supporting the community in a variety of ways.

• Supporting initiatives through charitable donations.

• Engaging in community outreach programs and activities.

• Collaborating with local organizations such as schools and businesses through community partnerships.

• Implementing a Genesis employee community volunteer program.

   

To request a donation or sponsorship from Genesis HealthCare System, please fill out the form below.

Please make sure your request matches the following criteria listed below. All requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. We will get back to you within five to seven business days of your request. 

• Supports health and wellness in our community  

• Benefits a non-profit organization 

• Benefits one of the six counties we serve (Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Perry or Noble) 

• Not a political fundraiser or event 

• Not a memorial or fundraiser for one person 

• If a church function, it must benefit the community at large
