The spirit of the season glows in our annual Tree of Love fundraiser. To donate in honor and remembrance of loved ones, complete the order form by Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.
Then join us at Genesis Hospital on Friday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m. for the lighting ceremony.
Purchased trees line the main entrance and walkways of Genesis Hospital, Genesis Behavioral Health, Genesis Cancer Care Center, Genesis Coshocton Medical Center, Genesis HealthCare Foundation, Genesis Hospice Care and Genesis Perry County Medical Center.
2025 sale updates
For your convenience and safety, Genesis will provide and place lights on all purchased trees. Lights and decorations from family and friends will not be permitted. As always, a personalized plaque comes with every tree. You are welcome to visit trees throughout the season to honor and remember loved ones.
This year, the poinsettia tree in Genesis Hospital’s main lobby will be an artificial display, beautifully decorated with personalized cards honoring and remembering loved ones.
Proceeds support Genesis Volunteer Projects and Genesis Hospice Care.

Family contributes to Tree of Love for 20 years
For more than 20 years, the family of Sara West has honored her memory with an evergreen tree in the Genesis Tree of Love display.
Sara was five years old when she died.
“We asked if Sara’s tree could be placed by the door so she could be remembered by everyone who comes to or leaves the hospital,” said Sara’s grandmother, Shirley West. “It’s a nice way to remember her, and it’s giving to a good cause that benefits lots of people.”
Family members contribute to the annual donation and gather for the tree lighting ceremony. “It gives us something to look forward to as a family to remember Sara every year,” Shirley said.
